Role Description

The Territory Sales Executive for UPVC Doors and Window Profiles will be responsible for driving sales and building client relationships within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting product benefits, negotiating sales contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires providing product knowledge and support, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of UPVC doors and window profiles and related industries
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and explain product features
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in market analysis, identifying leads, and meeting sales targets
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
• A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
• Availability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
