Job Description

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sales channels
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and recommend improvement strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and post-sales support
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote brand visibility
  • Lead and mentor sales teams (for Regional Manager role) to achieve consistent performance and growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
