About the Role
Sales Manager to drive business growth at our manufacturing unit. This role involves managing existing client relationships while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and generate new leads to expand the customer base
- Convert leads into business opportunities and close sales
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for orders and payments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (freshers with strong potential may also apply)
- Prior experience in the electrical or lighting industry is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication
- Ability to manage both fieldwork and in-office coordination
