Sales Executive – Surgical Products

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales of surgical instruments and medical devices. The role focuses on dealer management, hospital procurement, and building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow dealer/distributor networks.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build long-term relationships with hospitals and surgeons.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, surgical Centers, dealers and clinics.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in surgical/medical device sales. (Fresher also can apply)
• Strong dealer management and hospital procurement experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Laptop and 2 wheelers is preferred.
