What You'll Do

1. Sales Execution

Qualify leads and understand client use cases

Conduct online product demos (Zoom / Google Meet)

Drive subscription-based deals and close customers

Manage deals through the full sales funnel (lead demo close)

2. Revenue & KPI Ownership

Own subscription / revenue-based KPIs

Track and report pipeline, conversion rates, and closed revenue

Continuously iterate sales approach based on outcomes and market response

3. Customer Solutions Consultation & Support

Provide clients with product expertise, and process optimisation consultation

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and early success

Ensure a smooth after-sales support

Gather market feedback to inform product and GTM strategy

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 1+ years of sales experience (fresh grads welcome)
  • Experience in: SaaS sales, Inside sales / SDR / Business Development, Customer-facing roles
  • Leads conversations to Sales, and self-prospecting experience is preferred

Language & Communication

  • Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • Clear, confident communicator on calls and demos
  • Comfortable handling technical client requests and building client relationships
  • Sales Mindset
  • Strongly numbers-driven
  • Motivated by commission and performance-based rewards
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
  • Willing to iterate, fail fast, and learn quickly

Location: Candidates located in Bangalore or Chennai are preferred

Compensation

  • Base salary: INR 30,000 - 35,000 / month
  • Commission: Very attractive performance-based commissions, tied to subscription revenue
  • Clear upside for high performers
