Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager who can both generate opportunities and convert them into enterprise wins.

This role requires proactive outreach, structured follow-ups, strong discovery capability, and disciplined deal management. The candidate will work closely with Marketing to convert inbound interest into revenue, while also independently driving cold outreach and new business conversations.

Exposure to HR products, employee engagement platforms, or HR SaaS will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Engage with prospects generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand engagement and culture challenges.
  • Position Enculture's solutions aligned to client business outcomes.
  • Drive product demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales/technical teams.
  • Manage proposal creation, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations.
  • Own deal progression from initial conversation to closure.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and revenue forecasting.
  • Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign quality, messaging effectiveness, and lead conversion insights.
  • Build long-term client relationships to enable renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Achieve defined quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 24 years of B2B technology sales experience (IT services or SaaS).
  • Experience in both outbound prospecting and deal closure.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with HR leaders, CXOs, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing structured enterprise sales cycles and negotiations.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to HR technology, employee engagement platforms, assessments, or L&D solutions.
  • Experience working closely with Marketing teams to drive pipeline momentum.
  • Understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
