Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Indore. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying and onboarding potential clients, actively promoting Rupeeq's financial products, and building strong customer relationships. Your duties will include conducting market research, reaching out to leads, pitching tailored financial solutions, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets. Collaborating with the internal team, you will also identify new opportunities and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize impact and growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales skills including client engagement, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability in market research and understanding of financial products
  • Proficient communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in financial services or the banking industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent field is preferred
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
