Role Description

RS Wealth Management is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, presenting financial products and services, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day activities include building strong client relationships, conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions. The role requires an in-depth understanding of our offerings and strong communication skills to effectively address client needs and promote the company's services.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Experience in Demat Account sales, Mutual Fund sales, Unlisted share sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in understanding financial products like Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and Mutual Funds.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conduct research for targeted business growth.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize client outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related fields is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, as well as MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local markets and understanding of client-specific financial goals is a plus.
