Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships with customers, and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing regular reports on sales activities and performance. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills and experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Experience in the industry-specific sales domain is preferred
- Bachelor's degree / Technical in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
