Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving product sales, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires visiting clients, presenting Rootsvital's Ayurvedic solutions, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with the sales and marketing team, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Sales and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda or experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
