Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Patna. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, provide tailored property consultations, and build long-term relationships with buyers. Key responsibilities include promoting certified and verified properties, conducting site visits, maintaining detailed client records, and negotiating and closing sales deals. You will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes
• Ability to conduct market research to identify buyer needs and trends
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to building client pipelines
• Educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields are a plus
• Knowledge of the local Patna real estate market is advantageous
