Job Description

Drive sales growth in the ceramic and sanitary segment by leveraging strong knowledge of raw materials (clay, feldspar, silica, additives) and adopting a consultative sales approach to acquire and manage customers. (Morbi & Ahmedabad Location)

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Develop business from new and existing customers in ceramic/sanitary industry
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable raw material solutions
  • Handle negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in ceramic, sanitaryware, minerals or related raw material industry
  • Strong understanding of ceramic raw materials and applications
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with CRM systems

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical + commercial understanding of ceramic processes
  • Relationship management and consultative selling approach
