Drive sales growth in the ceramic and sanitary segment by leveraging strong knowledge of raw materials (clay, feldspar, silica, additives) and adopting a consultative sales approach to acquire and manage customers. (Morbi & Ahmedabad Location)
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop business from new and existing customers in ceramic/sanitary industry
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable raw material solutions
- Handle negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in ceramic, sanitaryware, minerals or related raw material industry
- Strong understanding of ceramic raw materials and applications
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with CRM systems
