Job Title: B2B Sales Executive for Woman's Wear

Department: Sales

Location: Raipur, Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role involves handling walk-in customers, generating new leads, achieving sales targets, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:- For B2B Sales Store 

  • Attend and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products
  • Handle sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, video appointments, and emails
  • Generate new leads and follow up with existing and potential customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution
  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales records
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns
  • Plan and implement attractive visual displays, window setups, and in-store merchandising.
  • Ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines and seasonal themes.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or sales software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Problem-solving and follow-up skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Diploma (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Experience in B2B / garment / fashion is an advantage
