Position: Sales Executive - Counter Sales

Experience: 6 months-3 years of retail sales

Salary: Upto 17k

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our store team. You will be the face of the brand at the counter, assisting customers with product selection, delivering an excellent shopping experience, and driving sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has strong communication skills, and is eager to achieve sales targets while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the counter with product selection and styling.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain proper stock display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

Build strong product knowledge to effectively pitch collections.

Support in stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.

Must Haves:

6 months 3 years of retail/counter sales experience (fashion/apparel preferred).

Decent communication skills.

Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.
