Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive, based in Noida. The role involves driving sales by assisting customers in-store, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The Retail Sales Executive will manage daily sales transactions, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the retail store operates efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Experience in handling point-of-sale systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a lively and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales setting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
