Retail Event Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to curate personalized events
- Suggest event concepts, F&B options, dcor styles, and more
- Build trust with clients and drive closures by offering end-to-end event curation
- Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless execution post-confirmation
- Collaborate with Marketing & Content teams for lead insights and conversion strategies
