Job Description

Retail Event Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to curate personalized events
  • Suggest event concepts, F&B options, dcor styles, and more
  • Build trust with clients and drive closures by offering end-to-end event curation
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless execution post-confirmation
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Content teams for lead insights and conversion strategies
