Job Description

Experience : 0 - 3 Years (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Location : Ahmedabad

Timings : 10:00 am to 07:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead Handling & Sales Conversion

  • Manage incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, CRM
  • Understand customer electricity usage & requirements
  • Explain solar benefits, ROI, system components, and subsidy
  • Provide quotations, negotiate, and close deals
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure conversion

PM SuryaGhar Scheme (Mandatory)

  • Register customer applications on PM SuryaGhar Portal
  • Guide customers through subsidy documentation & portal process
  • Coordinate required documents with customers and internal teams
  • Ensure error-free data submission and compliance

Coordination & Documentation

  • Prepare proposals and coordinate with design/technical team
  • Update CRM regularly with lead status
  • Ensure smooth handover of sold projects to operations

Customer Relationship Management

  • Answer queries related to solar, subsidy, and installation
  • Maintain professional communication and long-term customer trust
