Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead Handling & Sales Conversion
- Manage incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, CRM
- Understand customer electricity usage & requirements
- Explain solar benefits, ROI, system components, and subsidy
- Provide quotations, negotiate, and close deals
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure conversion
PM SuryaGhar Scheme (Mandatory)
- Register customer applications on PM SuryaGhar Portal
- Guide customers through subsidy documentation & portal process
- Coordinate required documents with customers and internal teams
- Ensure error-free data submission and compliance
Coordination & Documentation
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with design/technical team
- Update CRM regularly with lead status
- Ensure smooth handover of sold projects to operations
Customer Relationship Management
- Answer queries related to solar, subsidy, and installation
- Maintain professional communication and long-term customer trust
