Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline for pest control services. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with operations and service teams for timely delivery. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, report on sales performance, and support promotional activities to strengthen Rentokil PCI's presence in the region.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining services and value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic analytical and reporting skills for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and understanding market and competitor trends.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Prior experience in B2B or service-based sales, preferably in facility management, pest control, or related industries, is an advantage.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree or equivalent; a background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities; valid authorization to work on-site in Trivandrum.
