Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will welcome and assist customers in the store, understand their requirements, and present appropriate jewelry options that align with their preferences and budget. Responsibilities include explaining product features and certifications, demonstrating design options using digital tools, and supporting customers through the entire purchase journey. The role also involves achieving individual and store sales targets, handling billing and basic documentation, and maintaining up-to-date product and offer knowledge. The Sales Executive will help ensure an excellent in-store experience by maintaining visual merchandising standards, coordinating with store and backend teams, and gathering customer feedback to improve service.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Solid sales and negotiation abilities, including lead conversion, upselling, and working with sales targets.
  • Comfort with digital tools and omnichannel retail processes, including using POS systems and basic MS Office or similar applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages; confident, professional in-person presentation.
  • Attention to detail, basic numerical aptitude for handling billing and payments, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Prior experience in retail, jewelry, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail store schedules.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related fields is preferred.
