Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will welcome and assist customers in the store, understand their requirements, and present appropriate jewelry options that align with their preferences and budget. Responsibilities include explaining product features and certifications, demonstrating design options using digital tools, and supporting customers through the entire purchase journey. The role also involves achieving individual and store sales targets, handling billing and basic documentation, and maintaining up-to-date product and offer knowledge. The Sales Executive will help ensure an excellent in-store experience by maintaining visual merchandising standards, coordinating with store and backend teams, and gathering customer feedback to improve service.
