Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing service presentations, managing contract negotiations, maintaining client records, and working closely with other teams to deliver quality service to clients. Additionally, the role requires analyzing market trends and contributing to the development of sales strategies.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for effective client engagement
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technology
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Relevant sales experience in pest control or service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
