About The Role
We're looking for a results-driven
Sales Executive to drive B2B business growth remotely and turn opportunities into long-term client partnerships. If you thrive on challenges, communicate with confidence, and consistently deliver results - we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
- Identify, pursue, and convert new B2B business opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Present company services clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B sales)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a remote setup
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms
- Must own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection
- Note: We are not considering candidates with more than 6 years of experience

Salary: 30,000 - 60,000/month (in-hand, based on experience and performance)
