Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting company products and services, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, field visits, and other sales activities.

  • Promote and explain company products and services to prospective clients.

  • Generate and qualify new leads to create business opportunities.

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication with customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.

  • Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge programs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be an added advantage.
