SALES EXECUTIVE - KERALA

Livaah Energy Solutions | Full-Time | Field Role

Location: Trivandrum & Kochi (Candidate must be based in Kerala)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, well-networked Sales Executive to lead channel development and revenue growth across Kerala. The ideal candidate brings existing relationships with distributors and dealers in the lithium battery, inverter, or solar industry and is ready to hit the ground running.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers and retailers across Kerala

• Achieve monthly sales targets (units and value) as assigned

• Drive product placement and visibility at dealer outlets (POS, demos, branding)

• Conduct regular market visits, competitor mapping, and territory coverage

• Coordinate product training, demos, and first-site installations with dealer teams

• Collect and relay market feedback to the product and marketing teams

• Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit/billing cycle terms

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• 2–5 years in channel/distribution sales

• Mandatory: Prior experience in any of the following - Lithium batteries, Inverters, Solar panels/systems, EV accessories, Electrical and Electronic Stores

• Proven track record of dealer/distributor network development in Kerala

Skills

• Strong existing dealer/distributor network in Kerala — non-negotiable

• Ability to independently manage a territory with minimal supervision

• Comfortable with targets, reporting, and structured sales processes

• Good communication in Malayalam and English

• Proficient in basic CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Sheets

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Business preferred)

Other

• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence

• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala

• Fixed CTC: 3,00,000 – 4,80,000 per annum (based on experience)
