Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and proactive Pre-Sales Executive from a Real Estate or Interior background to engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and support the sales and project team with smooth conversions and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries, calls, WhatsApp & lead follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and explain services (construction/interiors/architecture)
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with clients
• Maintain client database, CRM updates, and lead status reports
• Coordinate with Sales/Project Team for client communication
• Build strong client relations and ensure professional assistance throughout the pre-sales journey

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate / Interior / Construction Industry preferred
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Smart, confident, client-handling ability
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic computer & CRM handling knowledge
