Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Sales Executive specializing in Real Estate at Vridora Realtors & Developers. The role is based on-site in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property presentations, and facilitating negotiations and sales agreements. The role involves market research to identify new opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets while maintaining exceptional professional standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in real estate or related industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proven ability in market research and analysis to identify prospective clients and investment opportunities
  • Proficiency in presenting property details, conducting site visits, and closing deals
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Jaipur and familiarity with current trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing market dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
