About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Financial Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, data mining, and client outreach. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential, as this role plays a key part in identifying and nurturing potential clients across the financial services ecosystem.

Reporting to: Director Financial Services,
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads via data mining, LinkedIn, industry platforms, and online tools
- Maintain and update lead databases with key decision-makers and influencers
- Support the Director and senior team members with pre-sales research and meeting coordination
- Conduct outbound email and call campaigns to schedule discovery meetings
- Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups using Excel and CRM tools
- Track market activity and competition to identify business development opportunities
- Assist in creating sales dashboards, client outreach trackers, and MIS reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inside sales or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (data handling) and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple lead funnels
Preferred:
- Exposure to the financial services or consulting domain
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Lusha, Apollo, or similar tools
