Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive for an on-site role at our Mahesana location. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Responsibilities include promoting the company's financial products, conducting market research, preparing sales pitches, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and business development, with a focus on financial products or services
- Ability to conduct market research and generate new business leads
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the financial services or NBFC sector is a plus
