Mode Retail Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associates for its retail operations at DLF Mall, Noida. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can deliver excellent customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and represent the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper product display and store presentation
• Handle billing support and customer queries efficiently
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and professional behavior on the shop floor
• Coordinate with store management regarding stock availability and customer feedback
• Ensure smooth customer handling and conversion of walk-ins into sales
• Support store operations and maintain cleanliness standards

Required Skills

• Strong customer handling and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Positive attitude and team coordination ability
• Basic understanding of retail sales operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales/customer service
• Candidates with experience in mall retail stores, FMCG, lifestyle, gifting, fragrance, or fashion industry will be preferred
• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
