Role Description

This is an on-site job role in Varodra, Gujrat. Responsible for managing walk-in customers by understanding their needs and providing detailed guidance on Apple products. Assists customers in selecting the most suitable device based on their requirements. Engages in outbound calling to follow up with potential and existing customers, ensuring consistent communication and relationship building. Focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience, driving engagement, and effectively closing sales.

Qualifications

Any recent graduate

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Interest in sales and customer engagement

Basic understanding of technology/Apple products (preferred)

Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups

3 months probation period

Timing 10am to 8pm for boys and 10am to 7 pm for girls

Salary: 2 LPA-2.5 LPA
