Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Educate potential clients about our healthcare services.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent QHT Clinic.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to management.
  • Provide feedback on service improvements based on customer insights.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client visits.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Flexible and adaptive in a changing environment.
