Job Title: Sales Executive (Publisher Acquisition/Ad Sales)

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Publisher Acquisition Executive to join our Mweb Gaming team. The role focuses on onboarding large and mid-sized app and web publishers for our Mweb games and new monetization solutions across India and international markets.

If you have experience in publisher acquisition, ad-tech sales, or internet solutions sales and understand digital performance metrics, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard large and mid-sized app and web publishers for Mweb gaming products
  • Drive publisher acquisition across Indian and international markets
  • Pitch Mweb games and new monetization solutions to prospective publishers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to drive long-term revenue growth
  • Understand publisher requirements and align solutions to maximize performance and revenue
  • Track and analyze key digital metrics such as impressions, page views, CTR, etc.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

Primary Preference:

  • Candidates with experience in publisher acquisition
  • Professionals from ad networks who have sold ad-tech solutions to large and mid-sized publishers
  • Must have experience onboarding app publishers:
  • Should be able to demonstrate:
  • Type of apps/publishers onboarded
  • Monthly/quarterly acquisition numbers
  • Revenue generated from these publishers
  • Candidates from gaming companies

Secondary Preference

  • Candidates with experience in ad sales
  • Internet solutions sales professionals

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and internet concepts (Impressions, Page Views, CTR, CPM, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong pitching and closing abilities
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
