Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with 0 to 2+ years of experience in sales to join our team, freshers are welcome! The ideal candidate will have a passion for tech and cybersecurity, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, self motivated, and a commitment to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, calling, and other sales techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote our cybersecurity training programs to prospective clients.
• Understand clients needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Should be a team player, open to training, and learning experiences.
• To be a part of regular brainstorming sessions, since this is a remote role, you will be required to follow remote role policies and be available during working hours; The timings are 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Qualifications:

• 0 to 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or cybersecurity sector. Freshers are also welcome!
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
• Corporate communication skills is a plus!
