Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offline Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Offline Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting face-to-face sales presentations, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves understanding customer needs, providing product solutions, and collaborating with the team to identify potential sales opportunities and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation and closing deals
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in offline sales or business development is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial

Salary to Expect: 20-25K/month
