Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional tasks include researching market trends, creating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets, all while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation skills - Demonstrated ability to engage clients, understand their requirements, and manage negotiations to completion.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Market Analysis - Knowledge of real estate trends and local market insights to provide valuable advice to clients.
  • Communication and Presentation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present property details and sales solutions.
  • Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently while meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software - Experience in using customer relationship management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
