Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Thane. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, meeting with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver personalized real estate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyses
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market in India, especially in Thane
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Flexibility to work on-site and meet with clients as needed
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
