Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored communication solutions, and collaborating with internal teams for successful project execution. The Sales Executive will also manage client negotiations, prepare sales reports, and contribute to the overall business growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products such as Two-Way Radios, Walkie-Talkie Systems, and similar technologies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Proficient in maintaining sales documentation
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
