Job Description: Sales Executive – Pro Ultimate Academy

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving admissions, managing enquiries, counselling prospective students, and ensuring a smooth enrolment process. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet monthly conversion targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with counsellors, faculty, and internal teams to support overall academy growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Sales Conversion

  • Explain available courses, certifications, and career pathways to prospective students.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling, persuasion, and follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets assigned by the management.

2. Lead Handling & Enquiry Management

  • Manage enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Filter and prioritise leads to ensure timely follow-up and maximum conversions.
  • Maintain a professional, informative, and friendly tone across all communication channels.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Update Google Sheets/CRM tools (Neodove/other software) daily with student data.
  • Collect and organise required student documents in designated Google Drives.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

4. Student Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong rapport with enrolled students.
  • Address student concerns and coordinate with Counsellors/Faculty for resolution.
  • Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and support overall retention.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with counsellors, telecallers, faculty, equipment sales teams, ASMs, franchise partners, and HR for seamless processes.
  • Share student feedback and market insights with management for course improvements.
  • Provide timely updates to students regarding class schedules, exams, and any changes.

6. Career Support Assistance

  • Guide students regarding internship and placement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with HR teams and companies for potential openings.

7. Target Achievement

  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and monthly conversion goals.
  • Work proactively to generate walk-ins, referrals, and new leads.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent persuasion and counselling abilities.
  • Ability to work with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and good at maintaining documentation.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets consistently.
  • Prior experience in education counselling/telecalling/sales preferred.
