Pristine Technologies & Industries is engaged in manufacturing rubberised cork sheets & components, insulating press boards, and paper components, primarily used as gasketing and insulation materials for electrical transformers, oil-filled equipment, and industrial machinery.

Looking for an aggressive, target-oriented Hunter/Eagle Sales Professional focused on new customer acquisition, lead generation and business development.

• Generate new leads through cold calls, sales calls, emails and databases.
• Develop National & International customer leads and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into enquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations and sales-related communication.
• Maintain sales pipeline, customer database and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

• 2+ years of experience in Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Strong sales hunting, cold calling and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven.
• Good communication, negotiation and email skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
• Transformer Industry / Transformer Products knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in Electrical / Industrial / Manufacturing B2B Sales preferred.
