Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, promoting the company's products and services, and developing sales strategies. This role includes preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of the Power sector, including experience with Nuclear and Thermal Power Plants
  • Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and technical proposals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Proficient in using basic office software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in Renewable Energy is a plus
