As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will play an integral role in our sales operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and approaching potential clients for solar rooftop installations.
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers about solar energy solutions.
- Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborating with the installation and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
- Maintaining awareness of current market trends and competition to inform strategies.
- Preparing and submitting sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Conducting routine follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Gathering client feedback and collaborating with the marketing team to improve service offerings.

Mandatory Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Proven ability to work in a sales capacity in the energy or solar industry (experience not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills or Education Requirements:
While not required, the following skills and qualifications will be beneficial:
- Background in engineering, sales, or environmental science.
- Knowledge of solar technologies and renewable energy sectors.
- Experience in operations, maintenance, or technical sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
