Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct client outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and promote the company's services, including website development, SEO/SMO, branding, and PPC management. The role involves understanding client needs, preparing proposals or quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital services, IT, or marketing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital offerings such as website development, SEO/SMO, branding, and PPC, or a willingness to learn these areas quickly.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical services in clear business terms.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts or opportunities simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Jaipur and conducting in-person client meetings as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in proposals and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) is an advantage.
