Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and targeting potential clients, expanding the institutional customer base (EPC and Government agencies) , and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and demonstrating products, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports. Collaboration with the marketing and customer service teams will be essential to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client communication, and relationship-building (preferably EPC, infra industry)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic actions for achieving sales targets
  • Effective communication, presentation, and time-management skills
  • Availability for travel within the assigned region to meet clients
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and local languages is advantageous
