Job Description

Platinumrx.in is seeking motivated and sales-driven individuals for the role of Inside Sales
Executive. The position will involve a blend of inbound and outbound sales efforts, including
interactions through phone calls and WhatsApp chats, with minimal involvement in support
functions. We are looking for dynamic professionals who can effectively engage with
customers, understand their needs, and close sales, contributing to the growth of our
e-pharmacy platform.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Sales: Manage both incoming and outgoing calls, as well
as WhatsApp chats, to provide potential customers with product information and convert
leads into sales.
- Sales-Focused Conversations: Achieve sales targets by clearly explaining the benefits of
PlatinumRxs products, especially in the chronic medication segment, and securing
purchases.
- Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust with customers, ensuring they have a
smooth and informative purchasing experience.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer data, interactions, and sales in the companys
CRM.
- Collaborate with Team: Work with the sales team to optimize processes and reach
collective sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, call center, or a related field, preferably
in an e-pharmacy.
- Language Skills: Fluency in at least two languagesHindi, English, Kannada, Telugu, or
Bengali.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced
environment.
- Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and
persuade customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and other digital platforms to manage sales and
customer data.
