As part of our strategic expansion into the Indian market, we are establishing our presence by opening a branch office in Bangalore. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to our growth in India.

The Role

As a Sales Executive for our Bangalore branch office, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence across various regions in India, with a primary focus on Bangalore and its surrounding areas. Leveraging your existing contacts and expertise in dealing with distributors and dealers, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue generation.
  • Identify and establish relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders in the plastic products industry across India, particularly in the Bangalore region.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials tailored to the Indian market.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent Phoenix Industries at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer base.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics to adapt strategies accordingly and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales and business development, preferably in the plastic products industry.
  • Strong network of contacts with distributors and dealers in India, particularly in the Bangalore region.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India and occasionally internationally.

Location: Bangalore, India (with travel throughout India as required)
