Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in the pest control sector, based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching pest control solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and staying informed about the latest pest control solutions and trends in the industry. The Sales Executive will act as a trusted advisor, clearly identifying client needs and offering customized pest control services to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior pest control industry experience (min 1 year)
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, including identifying leads, building rapport, and closing deals
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to create long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge or eagerness to learn about pest control solutions and techniques
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive work ethics
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within pest control industry.
