As a Sales Closer at Perfomity Media, you'll speak with warm, inbound leads every day D2C founders who are already interested in scaling with performance marketing. Your job is simple: understand their business, show them how we can help, and close the deal.

No cold calling. No chasing. Just closing.

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month (based on experience)

• Handle daily inbound calls with pre-qualified, warm leads
• Understand each founder's business and pitch our performance marketing services as the solution
• Close deals confidently with a consultative, trust-first approach
• Follow up diligently with prospects through the sales cycle
• Track conversations, outcomes, and pipeline data in our CRM
• Share feedback from the field to help refine our pitch and offer

Don't worry if you've never sold performance marketing before,  we'll train you on the product. What we can't train is a strong sales instinct.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, tele-sales, or any client-facing role
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and active listening skills
• Ownership mindset, self-discipline, and hunger to earn
• Solid follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable laptop and internet connection

Industry experience is NOT required. If you can sell and communicate well, we'll teach you everything about performance marketing and D2C.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with high-ticket sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools

• People who are not comfortable selling from G meet
• Anyone uncomfortable on the phone or hesitant to ask for the sale
