We are seeking a motivated and confident professional to manage both calling and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, apersuasive personality, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
- Explain products/services clearly to create interest among potential clients.
- Maintain and update a proper database of leads and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
