Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and confident professional to manage both calling and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, apersuasive personality, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
  • Explain products/services clearly to create interest among potential clients.
  • Maintain and update a proper database of leads and follow-ups.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
