We are looking for an Abandoned Cart Sales Executive to convert dropped carts into successful orders by engaging customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email. The role focuses on understanding customer concerns, pitching offers, and closing sales while delivering a great customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on abandoned carts via calls/WhatsApp/email
- Understand drop-off reasons and address objections
- Pitch offers and close sales to drive conversions
- Update interactions and outcomes in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- 03 years experience in telesales / e-commerce
- Fresher's with strong sales aptitude can apply
Preferred
- Good communication and sales skills
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce & online payments
- Comfortable with outbound calling
