Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-orientedSales Executiveto support our sales & business development efforts in the logistics team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to grow their career in the dynamic and fastpaced logistics sector.

Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and support the development of new business opportunities.
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to senior management.
Contribute to contract negotiations and renewals with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, in the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry.
Basic understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Results-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Good to have skills: Languages known - English, Hindi, Gujarati
