Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering product presentations and solutions tailored to client needs, and preparing sales reports to track performance. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth. Travel within assigned territories may be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of plastic recycling or machinery products is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions and maintain a customer-focused approach
